How can I place my order?


It's simple!  You can place your order in any of the following ways:

     How much notice should I give when placing an order?
  • For Pickups: Orders should be placed 3 hours in advance (minimum)
  • For Deliveries: Orders should be placed at least 24 hours in advance. 
  • During holiday periods or special occasions such as Christmas and Valentines, orders should be placed at least 5 days in advance.


Can I have my order delivered?


Yes!  We deliver to most parts of the country.  For some areas, a minimum order value is required.  Contact us for more details.


Is there a cost for delivery?


Delivery fees vary based on the location that the item is required to be delivered.  Contact us directly to find out the delivery fee to your area.


What time can I expect my order to be delivered?


We DO NOT guarantee a specific time for deliveries, however we will try our best to accommodate the opening hours of offices or other businesses within reason.


How do I pay?


Payments can be made in any of the following ways:

  • At our branch at 1A Midland Centre, Cor. Cyrus Trace & Churchill Roosevelt Hway, El Socorro via cash, LINX / Credit Card, or Company cheque (personal cheques are not accepted).
  • Upon delivery once agreement is made when you place your order via cash, Company cheque (personal cheques are not accepted).
  • Credit Card over the phone


How can I cancel and order?

Cancellations or changes to orders MUST be made 24 hours in advance otherwise orders will be processed as per original instructions. Sweet Nothings will not be held liable if recipients are not present at the point of delivery or if incorrect information is given by customer.

Yes, gift vouchers are available.  Visit us in store or call us for more details


How long do the fruits last?

Because our fruits are cut in order to be placed in the bouquets, we recommend that they be consumed on the same day.  If they cannot be consumed on the same day they are received, we recommend that you refrigerate and consume as soon as possible.  Sweet Nothings will not be held liable for any spoilage due to improper handling and/or storage by recipient.


Do you use preservatives on the fruits?


We never use preservatives or sweeteners on any of our fruits.


Can arrangements be customised?


Yes.  Choose any one of our standard bouquets and add chocolate or additional fruit of your choice to make your bouquet even more unique.


Does the arrangement come with a card?


Yes, we provide a small card themed for the occasion and add your short personalized greeting to your recipient.
